Duplicate section on same page

Use the Duplicate section button on the left of the section
Duplicated section appears at the bottom of the page so move to where you want
Copy and paste section on different page
Copy and paste section on different page
Highlight the section you want to copy (gets a blue outline)
Use the Ctrl+X (cut) or Ctrl+C (copy) keyboard shortcuts to cut or copy the section you want to move or copy
Use the Ctrl+V (paste) keyboard shortcut to paste on another page

On a Mac use the ⌘ (Cmd/Command) key instead of Ctrl (Control) for the keyboard shortcuts
