1. Annual Plan: the most cost-effective rate per user
Available across all Google Workspace editions. By choosing this plan:
You commit to a year-long (or multiple years) subscription.
Should your team grow, additional licenses can be procured at a prorated cost for the remainder of your contract's duration.
License reductions are only feasible upon plan renewal at the end of your contractual period.
An early termination would necessitate covering the costs for the entire contract duration.
2. Flexible Plan: A month-to-month billing system that offers:
Charges based on the number of user accounts you maintain for that month.
The flexibility to add or remove user accounts as your needs change.
The freedom to discontinue the service at any point without incurring penalties.
Transitioning Between Google Workspace Plans:
Transitioning from a Flexible Plan to an Annual Plan is always an option.
Moving from an Annual to a Flexible Plan is permissible only during a free trial or at the point of subscription renewal.
